I differ from Theonomy/Reconstruction mainly in my acceptance of the Covenant of Works/Covenant of Grace dichotomy that exists within historic Covenant theology. Theonomy is essentially monocovenantal and therefore has a problem mixing law and grace. Also, I view the Mosaic law-covenant as being typological of the Covenant of Works and therefore ceasing to operate under the New Covenant, while Theonomists would see it as normative for the Christian.
